This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements the API Terms of Service and applies to all users of the CryptaChain API. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access.
1. Permitted Use
1.1. The CryptaChain API is for lawful purposes: application development, blockchain data analysis, crypto accounting, compliance, and research.
1.2. You may only use the API within the scope of your subscription plan and published rate limits.

6. Screening API (Endpoints SC01–SC08)
6.1. Risk scores and screening results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or compliance advice.
6.2. You must not use screening results as the sole basis for blocking, suspending, or restricting individuals without independent verification and due process.
6.3. All compliance decisions (including but not limited to SAR filings, account closures, and sanctions reporting) remain your sole responsibility.
7. Enforcement
7.1. If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, report it to info@cryptacount.com.
